Blueberry Cheesecake Fudge enrobed in white chocolate

This is a fantastic fudge packed with flavour of blueberries. We add bits of shortbread biscuits to our blueberry fudge containing whole blueberries which add a tartness that perfectly complements the sweetness of the fudge. We then enrobe the fudge in Belgium white chocolate.One piece is never enough.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, full fat sweetened condensed milk, butter, blueberries (3%), shortbread (2%), Colours, Flavours, Salt, emulsifier soya lecithin.
Shortbread contains: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, clotted cream, salt.
