Double Deadly Fudge

First we make our delicious chocolate fudge, then as it cools, we add and mix solid Belgian white chocolate buttons to give a marble effect through the fudge, we then coated in white chocolate before being finished off with a drizzle of dark chocolate on top. This one is a must for your gift box.

Ingredients: Sugar, White Chocolate (16%) (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Glucose Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Milk (Whole Milk, Sugar), Vegetable Oil (Palm), Cocoa Mass (3%), Salted Butter (Milk, Salt), Dark Chocolate (2%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Salt. 

White Chocolate contains minimum 24% milk solids. Dark Chocolate contains minimum 70% cocoa solids.
